The way Aleah works is, she will take all your images, edits them and burns a disk for you of all images at high resolution. Aleah kindly asks that you do not sell the images and that you ask permission before they are used in any publication, other than that, you can print them to any size and media you wish. While Aleah does not print all images for her clients as a part of the normal packages, this can be arranged if this suits your needs better.
